The medium-sized split-type fully automatic
sodium hypochlorite generator adopts a cabinet-type installation method. All
electrical components are centrally installed in a vertical cabinet, which is
the core part of the entire system control.
The dissolved brine and the diluted brine
in the system are all softened water. The system is equipped with a vertical
screw salting machine. It is only necessary to manually introduce the salt into
the salting machine bucket. The salting machine automatically transports the
salt into the salt-dissolving tank. Adopt food-grade PE tank (preliminary 100um
filtration in the tank), use 316L stainless steel vertical centrifugal pump as
the salt-dissolving pump, and the salt-dissolving water distributor is set in
the salt-dissolving tank, and the salt-dissolving pump draws out the salt water
and injects it back into the dissolved salt The water distributor forms a
circulating pressurization; it can quickly dissolve the salt particles, and use
the salt-dissolving pump to pressurize the dissolved brine into the precision
filter (5Sum). Precisely dilute brine.
The system produces low-concentration
sodium hypochlorite solution by electrolyzing 2.5 ~ 3.0% dilute brine. Because
of the non-diaphragm method, the electrolysis electrodes are all immersed in
the electrolyte, and the hydrogen ions precipitated on the surface of the anode
are absorbed by all the hydroxide radicals, forming hypohydrogen acid. The
difference between the concentration of the sodium solution and the saturation
is close (the saturation of sodium hydrinate can reach 15%), and there will be
no precipitation of chlorine gas, so it is used for on-site preparation with
high safety.
