Titanium foil is a titanium plate with a thickness of less than or equal to 0.1mm. Because of its high strength and good corrosion resistance, titanium is widely used. One is the tweeter film used for speakers, which is made of titanium foil with high fidelity, and the sound is clear and bright. It is also used for the heads of tape recorders, video recorders, and cipher card machines. Titanium foil materials also involve the following fields: precision parts titanium foil, special titanium foil for sound film, titanium foil for special sound film for vacuum plating, etc.

The production method of titanium foil is widely used in flat-roll belt rolling, with high productivity, large scale and large output, basically using six-high cold rolling mill or 20-high cold rolling mill for production.
